Dolly man finally won the day after HOA & APS Nazis land a bunch of hurts on him. I'm glad that there are decent citizens who are not afraid to stand up for their rights.

I remember reading that as it was unfolding. That guy is awesome! His pictures in the original thread really made it work though.

1. Guy parked car in his own apartment complex (I believe he had originally parked it legally)
2. Crazy parking enforcement company boots his car
3. Guy used dollies to roll his car into his garage.
4. Company goes insane
5. Hilarity ensues
