Doing standard deviation using a TI-30X IIS

So I don't know how to enter for 2 variables. Here's an example:

Days Frequency
30-39 3
40-49 1

I only know how to enter if the days is 30 and frequency is 3. I'm at school so I can't dowsnload the pdf manual if there is one.
