Doing something sinful...

im switching from Roadrunner to AT&T DSL. We have RR lite over here, and it's just terrible, 56k/s dl FTL. Funny how the lowest package on AT&T is lower in price, yet faster than rr lite 😕. Wish me luck.

we've got rr at our house - it's terrible. Always gets these huge slowdowns and cuts out . . . can't stand it.

But I move out of this beat up house in three weeks and some other poor saps have to live there for the school year - while I enjoy university bandwidth in my room.

Don't remember what package. We first got the service 4 or 5 years ago, before they became AT&T. But the initial price was 29 for the first year I think, and then 49 after that.

ah, i think we are going for the cheapest one, 12.99 a months, and free for 3 months. can't complain, its faster than what i have now, and for half the price

i pay $45/mo for RR. those monopolistic b@stards. i need to switch.

I pay $53 for Charter. Don't have a phone line, so switching to DSL really isn't cost-effective. And I don't think my neighborhood is wealthy enough to encourage Verizon FTTP.

That's cool. They never had any of those deals back when I first got the DSL.

ya, we started with RR regular, but then prices started to go up a bit. So, we ended up switching to lite, so we could save money and pay some things off. it's not worth it one bit, it fades so much and is a complete bitch to download with.
