I can't find out how to make a simple color fading image. Here's an example of what i'm talking about. I can come somewhat close, but the example is a perfect fade, where as mine don't come out so good. I imagine it's simple to do, right? I should just be able to pick two sepearte colors and be able to make one fade into the other color seemlessly.

If you just want to make a simple gradient like that, then under the 'Paint bucket tool', there is an option for the 'Gradient Tool'.

Select that plus the two colors you want, and Just click and drag the tool in the direction you want the gradient to flow, in your case, top to bottom.

It is pretty easy. Pick the two colors you want to fade and then use the gradient tool.

Here is a decent explanation:

Thanks :). I knew it'd be easy. They didn't have that tool in the program I was using (at least not that I could find), but it was in Photoshop.

Can you do this sort of thing with html/css? I'm trying to figure out how to implement this to a website. It would be the color of some menus and stuff, not the color of the whole page.

I think you'll have to create the menu background (in photoshop or whatever) and save it as a gif or png then you can call it and locate it etc it using css. Have you been to W3schools I'm sure you could use their cool tutorials
