Doh! WinMgmt.exe Generating Error Log?

Here's the story...I decided to up the speed on my Duron 600 from 850 MHz to 900 MHz. After doing that and turning on my computer, the computer booted to Windows 2000 but froze. I restarted and brought the speed back down to 850 MHz, but now while I'm in Windows 2000, every other minute a little pop-up window pops up and gives me the message "WinMgmt.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." Then I press OK on that little pop up, it goes away, but keeps coming back every other minute. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
