DOH!!!!!lost installation assisstant for USR modem

Do i really need that cd? I just went to their website and they have the driver for my 56k modem. Is the installation assisstant really that important to use? someone here must have tried installing a 56k USR modem without the installation assisstant right😉 i don't want to install it and end up screwing things up.
 
We don't need no stinkin' cd's. Just download the drivers for your modem and install. The drivers on the cd are probably out of date anyway.
