DOH! Just erased boot sector on a hard drive. How do I recover

OK, I had this old drive laying around. It was an OEM IBM drive, so I downloaded a utility from the ibm website that would allow me to do a fitness test on the drive, as well as do a low level format and some other things. One of those other things included erasing the boot sector (I think that's what it was) of the drive. So anyway, the utility still recognizes the drive, but I cannot access it (in order to format it) from DOS or Windows.

What do i do at this point???
