In its Storage section is an icon for SMART.
Click on that, and look for anything failing.
Also pay attention to the numbers for things like Reallocated Sectors, and Read/Write errors. Some might not be failing, but they could be high, indicating a problem. Of course, the clicking was a clear indication of a problem, so do take the recommendations here - get everything you can off the drive, now. When a drive finally decides that it's had enough of life, it usually will kill itself completely, and then, depending on what's on the drive, you may start to panic and ask how much data recovery costs (a lot). So start the evacuation now.

Sometimes they'll just stop spinning, sometimes it won't be recognized, and if it really wants to die, you'll get treated to an all-out head crash.
Those are fun. The read/write head bounces off of the platter, scraping layers of magnetic material off, while taking damage itself.
