And here are the pictures of my dogs. Now keep in mind all of these dogs were rescued from animal rescue leagues and our favorite, Buddy, was rescued from the slums of Pittsburgh starved, unneutered, epileptic, and had a variety of sicknesses. Now he's the healthiest of our dogs. 🙂

These are the greatest dogs we've ever had. I have no idea how I'll deal with any of their deaths. Cinnamon is getting up there in the ages, around ten or eleven, Travis is very overweight and is about eight or nine and any rigorous exercise does more bad than good, Buddy has been doing good but he's due for an episode of seizures soon. Charlie and Brutus will probably live the longest since they're both puppies. Brutus is also epileptic but his seizures aren't as violent than those of Buddy. If I can, I'll get a picture of the newest dog, Peanut, which is the new Beagle we got but don't know if we can handle.

You've almost got enough hounds for a proper English Fox Hunt!

I know what you mean about dealing with doggy death.
It's the unspoken agreement of all pet owners, you know.... The one that says we will live longer than they will. They are just glad to be with you in the moment, which is how we should all live (for the most part), imo.
