DogFighter: Crimson Skies-like game?

I want to pick it up, but I bought too many of these indie games in the past that were reliant on MP, and they had dead MP after a month.

Thankfully though, I got Snoopy flying ace on the 360, that should hold me over. 🙂
 
Watched some game play footage on youtube. Its too arcade like for my liking. If you like arcade type fighter games then its probably something worth getting.
 
Watching the footage on Steam it looked kind of like Flatout 2, just with "planes" and guns.

I loved Crimson Skies and would absolutely jump all over another game like it, or a sequel that brought back that kind of gameplay and, well, charm.
 
I bought it. Doesnt work. Keeps begging me to install the latest PhysX drivers, which I have already done. Sent a complaint. No help so far. I am mad.
 
Ack, I bought it on an impulse solely because it reminded me slightly of Crimson Skies. I'll install it this week and give it a shot. Dunno what I was thinking, no way it could be as good as Crimson Skies...
 
Anyone seen that steampunk game on there? The one where you're piloting a blimp through hostile skies? Forgot the name of it and work is blocking steam from me. Would like to see if anyone has played that.
