My master made me this collar. He is a good and smart master and he made me this collar so that I may speak.

SQUIRREL!

"I like chasing these creatures, but I really don't know what I'm supposed to do when I catch one. I snapped and got some tail once, and it was a lot of hair. What dog likes eating hair I ask? I don't."

I think this was staged by the dog and squirrel in the hopes of getting their own reality show.

Agreed. Next they'll hide the baby and pretend he floated away in their home made flying saucer balloon. The things dogs and squirrels stoop to these days.

Obviously this was only the dog's staged event.
The dog is drawing attention to the racism it is subject to at the hands of squirrels and squirrel apologists.

The dog never meant any harm, and never even attacked the offender. The dog was the subject of a brutal unprovoked, and unjust, attack. It was simply offering to play with the youngin', and the mother would have none of that and instead attacked, thinking that all dogs will attack any squirrel with no purpose. The squirrel is just applying a level of hate and fear to all dogs, and took it out on this one. :(

I'll defend your honor innocent dog! This seems to be drawing the attention of racists and I will not stand for this!

I've seen dogs catch squirrels, but then the squirrels play dead and run off when the dog relaxes.

Nowadays, the main problem in Ottawa's squirrelly neighbourhoods is black-on-black violence. D: Most dogs won't even go there and the gentle grey and red squirrels are moving out to the suburbs.

Are you sure that is... violence? LOL

Actually does Ottawa still have an issue with Hawks swooping at squirrels? I saw it on the news maybe like a year ago. I can just picture a little kid with his mom feeding the squirrels then "WHOSH!" enough to make the poor kid cry lol. Nature can be cruel sometimes. :p

I wish there was more squirrels where I live. There's the occasional red one but that's about it. Back when I used to camp a lot I used to tame them. Now I work full time so I don't really camp anymore and miss it, and our summers suck now.
