My question: why, at 2:30 am, are three people sitting around with a loaded, cocked pistol sitting on a table? Then, what are the odds of a fall to the ground setting it off, shooting a guy in the back?

I think I'm calling shens on the dog doing it.

If it was a cat it would've been in the back of the head

They are usually nice enough to wait and steal your breath while you sleep.

I hate how at the end of the newscast, they have the news anchor teaching us how to avoid situations like these. Thanks for insulting our intelligence.

Sadly, there are far too many Americans that need to be reminded not to do dumb crap. If that wasn't the case then we wouldn't see so many of these ridiculous news stories :(

This same thing actually happened to my aunt. Her dog is very enthusiastic and was jumping around and she ended up getting shot in the leg. Luckily she didn't get hurt badly and they learned their lesson not to leave guns laying around like that again.

Right after they steal your soul.

That's a pretty grim mugshot in the first frame of the video.

If I had to live in that area of Memphis I would have a gun on every table in the house, one on my hip, and one strapped to each ankle.
