Vets and Pet stores sell cleaners that contain enzymes, but you might also consider having it steam cleaned after you use the pet cleaner stuff. I believe it is called Nature's miracle. Steam cleaning from a local carpet cleaning place will also have the enzymes and remove any other odor. Yes, you will pay about 50 bucks overall, but much better than having car seats that smell like piss.

dried urine is a bitch to get out
find something at a pet store made for such a task, also try odoban at walmart/sams club, may not get the stain out, but works wonders and removing the odor from damn near anything if you apply enough of it

Nature's Miracle works extremely well for me when my cats decide to compete in projectile vomiting.

Mill's post is the way to go.

Indoors, we use a product called 'Simple Solution' which is an enzyme cleaner sold at a petstore.

Never had a problem in the car though... thank goodness.

If the urine is really acidic/yellow it may not remove the stain but it will remove any odor if you follow the directions and are able to get to it all.
