probably the same reason dog owners let their mutts roam the neighborhood and crap in the neighbor's yard

I'm not a Dog hater mind you, I just despise DUMB dog owners!
I'm a cat owner (all inside screened porch and fixed) and past dog owner (pit bull and German shepherd) but the current situation is this:
There is a leash law here and the neighbors think it's ok to let their dogs run loose. I have no clue as to why because all it takes is an excited dog to jump on a child walking with his/her parents or grandparents on the street, knock him down=..... Lawsuit and dog death..... Get my point?
I want a dog in the neighborhood to attack me on my lawn. I'm not going out of my way mind you, but if one does attack, it will get a HARD "TIMBERLAND" BOOT TO THE HEAD and broken bones and I'll kick it when it's down!!!!!! I chase them out of the lawn all the time as they run with their tails between their legs.
Dumb Neighbors never have any courtesy that own large dogs! Why in the HELL do people get BIG dogs when they have such a small property with no fence? Why in the hell tie up a dog? Be smart people, have the acreage before aquiring a large dog ya' numbnuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
