A judge will laugh and tell him to go take a shower.

If it even got that far.

Sounds like the plot to a Dystopian Comedy. Dude inexplicably wins a Lawsuit for all the money in the world and everyone except him is plunged into abject poverty.

Pretty sad that this is even possible to do. Now these people's lives are going to be ruined because of something that happened which they did not have 100% control over. I can see them getting a fine or something for not keeping their dog tied up, but this is just ridiculous. The lawsuit system needs to be reformed. It should not be possible to sue for ridiculous amounts (the amount should be set by the court based on the crime) and definitely not an amount that is higher than the total amount of money that even exists.

Even if they settle, whatever that amount will be is still going to be ridiculous. Heck even a few thousand is ridiculous for something like this.

What exactly happens here anyway, obviously they can't pay all of that in their life time. Are all their family forced to keep paying, and next generations etc? you hear of lawsuits in the millions, those are quite ridiculous too, most people wont be making that money in their life time.

Sadly, injury related stuff is usually better if the person dies. Dead people can't sue. Then again, family can. so can't really win either way.

Shit for a quarter of that much i'll spend a couple years in a jail if that. I'll just make sure i'm real drunk when he's walk to his car, and well oops.

somebody should completely give this man this money

and then start a betting ring on how long it will take him to take his first hit of crack cocaine after he won the money...

and then put in a clause for the time he learned he won,,,,,,,,,,>until the decision

that person should also smoke crack cocaine.

If he wins I'll sue his ass back for taking all my money. HAHA

Seriously, why do this cock suckers think their case is worth x amount of dollars that is in the millions? You're no damn better than the rest of us losers you fuck heads! My parents and I were involved in a serious car wreck (not accident) from a guy who was strung out on drugs and drunk. My mom was unconscious in the front seat after banging her head on the dashboard and my dad warped the steering wheel, banged his head on the glass front window and his skull was showing, then stuck his foot through the floor board. I was in the back seat and I flew forward hitting the seat and bending it in a 45 degree angle with my chest. We all were not wearing seat belts. But here's the fucking icing on the cake! Dude that was drunk had no injuries and poured beer on us all to make it look as though we were the drunk ones. I was in too much shock to realize what was happening, but I thought it was just blood pouring down my head.

So, how much money did we sue him for you may ask? NOT SQUAT SHIT! He had no insurance. Fucker was in and out of prison and payed restitution for years and years. Where's our millions?

BTW- The only injuries I sustained was glass in my earlobe. I must have had someone looking down on me because I could have easily flew through the window.

Maybe he's hoping for an innumerate judge/jury/defense.

"Tell you what. How about we settle this for a millionth of a millionth of a percent of what I was asking for?"
"Gee, that sounds like a small amount. Sure. What could go wrong?"
