Dog agility?

LOL I know this is a longshot on a tech board, but by any chance does anyone else do this? Anyone else know what it is?

I've been doing it for about a year - lots of fun. 🙂

I watch shows where the dogs have to run an obstacle course... other than that, I have no idea!

Yup - thats it.

*sigh* I would have gotten a better response if I posted "Any left-handed dentists out there that play paintball?" 😀

I hate to tell you this, but I think it is only us freaks who are into stuff like that.

A good family friend of ours is a professional dog agility trainer. He's won many awards. He runs a business on the north side of Atlanta.

Actually we had our rotties start into that. They had been obedience trained then we did flyball for a while and then started agility. Just for fun but the dogs always seemed to enjoy it.

I had some friends into it years ago and I'd go see the matches, very cool indeed. I almost took my ridgeback into it but just didn't have the time to add something else to my plate.

Yeah I tried flyball too - that is very fun except my dog isn't cut out for it. Every time he would get the ball, he thought "game over!, heh, I got the ball!"
