Doesn't this seem wrong to you?

I work in the IT center for a fairly large company. Roughly half of all our IT folks have cubes here and we take up virtually the entire floor of an office building that spans about a city block. I estimate there's at least 120 or so people on this floor, 80% of which are men.

Here's the problem: there is ONE, yes I said one (1), sit down toilet and one urinal in the only men's bathroom on our floor.

I can't believe it. I just started working in this office and I thought they were playing a joke on me.

Seems like they decided to pinch penny's on your poo-poo and pee-pee benefits.

heh, there were some union boy's that had a strike over that very matter. MGMT said they had to go to the bathroom on their breaks, and on their breaks only.

Yah I'm going to talk to my union people. This just can't be legal. That thing is occupied all day long.

well there are codes for it, but way to make an impression at your new job/facility.

so raise a stink (pun intended) about the situation. go to your local camping/outdoor stores, and buy one of those portable toilet things and put it in an empty cubicle, and put signs saying bathroom on it.

lol - there is an empty cube we use sometimes to build servers right across from me...hmmm

Everything's locked down man. This is a government entity. My keycard only gives me access to this floor and the server farm. It's on another floor and there's another bathroom there. Luckily.
