You have to go into the bios setup on your motherboard.

Go to the power management options, and you have to turn off (disable) anything that says 'wake on', like 'wake on lan', or 'wake on pme' or 'wake on ring'.

That's what usually causes that :)

hehe funny i found this topic. I'm having the same problem. It started about a week in a half ago. We got a new wireless Linsys hub. I'm not using the wireless for my system, but since we put it in my rig won't stay off. It started the night we switched hubs. I turn it off, it turns it self back on 10sec later, or right away. I haven't gotten around to looking at the bois, but reading this topic i'm going to look at it tonight. I was also wondering about the "wake on" thing. Just haven't had time to check it out. I've been turing the system off, them when off flip the power supply switch off, then flip it back in the on position a few sec later and it stays off.
