I have been trying to get some help regarding the fact that I could not post any replies under my user name Toughbook. I had to establish a new user name, which I really would like to use my old one, I have been sending emails for over a month now with no response at all. One would think that a website who is the 1st to point out bad customer service would be pretty good themselves. Crack a whip!

I wouldn't even know where to find an email account for the forum moderators. Post in Moderator Discussions, last forum on the index list. That's where the moderators lurk.

Perhaps if you posted in the correct area you would get a response...? Sending emails is not the way to get this corrected... Post your request or problem in "Moderator Discussions" at the very bottom of the left side under (Moderation Resources)... Also being polite goes a long way...;)

Perhaps if you read my post correctly you would have understood that I could not make any posts before I created another log in. That's why I sent an email to the link that suggests to do so. Anyway, thanks for you help

A moderator, Harvey, looked into my account and realized that there was a problem and he corrected it in a very professional manner. He was able to see that I joined in 2009 and that I was not going crazy!
Thanks alot Harvey!
