doesn´t boot at 133 fsb

Hi i have the MSI 845 Ultra RU and a p4 1,6

i tried to run at 133fsb but it doesn´t boot from hdd

any solutions?? can somebody help me ?

vcore mod is already done
temps are good (watercooled)
i already tried to slow down the ram settings -> same problem
bios is 3.1

You didnt mention if you had tried lower settings ,start from default & up your FSB in 5MHz steps until your rig is unstable then drop back 1 step.You could try 1MHz steps after that if you want the max
