Sometimes the middle of my chest, the bone .. sternum i guess, feels like it hurts, for no reason! anyone else experience this? doesnt happen often, but when it does it's annoying cause i dont know why. if i move the wrong way or put pressure on it, it hurts. in fact, it hurts right now just sitting here in this position. If I lean one way it hurts more than if I lean another way.

not a major issue but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? i've never had any bad accidents, fights or anything like that. I've never been struck there or broken any bones, ribs etc.

Spread your arms as far wide and back as possible.

Sometimes I do this and get a little "pop" in my chest and it feels better afterwards...

But that's just me.

yes, I get it all the time. I went and had things checked out and not one doctor had a clue.

Could be heartburn, or muscle cramps...

Sometimes I do this and get a little "pop" in my chest and then a larval alien creature bursts through my thoracic wall amid my screams, then scurries around the room seeking a new host to feed on while I writhe in pain on the living room floor. Then it feels better afterwards...

But that's just me.

Do you workout at all? The cartilidge in between my ribs sometimes casues pains in my chest when I breath out hard. It's very painful but unfortunately I have to live with it for the rest of my life. My doc just recommended to take some ibuprofen to cure it. I don't remember what he said that I have but I guess it's pretty common.

Ouch, that's gotta sting.

Chest pains, thoes are bad.

I'm guessing you won't see a doctor until something bad happens, like your first heart attack.
