Mine does! Damn fans whirring away, it's 10°F outside with a 55 mph wind blowing with gusts to hurricane (1) force and I can STILL HEAR THE FARGIN' PUTER!

Yeah but it's getting quieter.

I only ahve 2 fans left to replace with quiet models.

Ever since I got the WBK38 this thing sounds like a constant blow dryer. I can't beleave how loud the fan is. I did put the cover back on and that helped alittle bit. Still loud.
