It certainly fucking does. as George Thorogood says it "the house rent blues" is real and constant.

I can't wait to be dead and not worry about rent anymore.

It's going to suck for you because there won't be any $ for burial or cremation. So you'll get donated to science. Young 20 sometings will get to cut you apart and explore. The endless giggling when they pull the sheet down will be the eternity in your dead ears. Your johnson will end up in a lab jar as an oddity.

Are you really looking forward to that?

They say that money can't buy happiness.
It's the poor people who say this.

I say that poverty can't buy happiness.

What is this money you speak of?

If I had to pay my bills with loonies instead of dollars it probably wouldn't sting as much. :)

Ugh, yes. I <3 being nickeled and dimed to death. It shouldn't take 1/3 or more of a career to get to the "treading water" point.

I just signed myself up for 4 years of car payments.

My old car was just fine and good, but I was bored with it and and a cousin half my age wanted his first car.

So, now, for the next 4 years, I'll be spending $470 per month on these payments .... And my fuel economy is about 3-4 mpg worse than before .... and my insurance went up by like $20 per month ....

That’s all i think about. Crazy, even though I have six zeros. I am more secluded too. The more you have the more you don’t want to spend. I feel more arrogant

I did buy a used car, and, I got 10 years out of my last used car ... and I put 10K down so it wouldn't be too bad ... but, yea, I feel a bit like a sucker...

On the plus side, my cousin loves my old subaru and he will take good care of it for many years.

I'm not that shallow. I try to avoid the pitfalls of a meaningless existence chasing wealth and instead dedicate myself to a fulfilling existence chasing sleazy women for unspeakably depraved one night stands.

It does more than I wish it did. I am either thinking about how to make money, how to make more money with that money, how to save money, how to protect the money I have or how to spend the money. Its a bit torturous :)

Somewhat. If I won the Lotto, I suspect I'd know more clearly how much it does.
