Does your gf4 4200 run hot?

My gf4 4200 64meg was from Best Buy's black Friday sale 3yrs ago.

it was running in my main rig. but i began to get blue screens. it said "page fault in nonpaged area" and Stop 0x50 error. The page fault meant memory problem, but microsoft's help said it could be ram, L2 cache, or video ram.

i went to remove the gf4 to put into my spare computer to test something. i turned off my main rig, and when i tried to remove the gf4, my fingers got burned.

the board was SCORCHING hot! yes, i was only touching the board, and not any of the components. heck, the edge of the board was too hot to the touch.

Is that normal for a gf4?!
