Does your Enermax EP465P-VE make a high pitch noise occasionally?

I have (2) of them, and both make a high pitch noise (when the PC is on) at random intervals. Anyone else notice this?
 
I have had mine since October 1999. It never made any unusual noise and the fan noise (from blowing air) is quiet low.
