but my morale is pretty low.
it would take a pretty substantial raise to keep me here at this time next year.
by July im gonna have 2 years here and i figure thats long enough to start testing the waters and looking for a better paying job.

At least our boss is giving us almost two weeks (with pay) off after Christmas. So tired of the "left hand has no fvcking clue what the right hand is doing" mentality around here.
