Does your car have a broken antenna?

Well the car that im driving now did today. I went down to pepboys and they had replacment antenna masts for electric antennas. I picked one up for about 14 bucks, and installed it myself, and it works like new! I know lots of people with broken power antennas who dont want to fix it at the dealer for 100s of dollars, ...well if u have this problem check out pepboys they sell replacement masts for most makes even imports.

Nope, I bought a RUBBER one. (for one car, the other has it built into the trunk lid)

mine is a little more sloped than some.. but it's there and seems to work fine. not that i make much use of it though

Good tip - my dad had to buy a few power antennas for his old Acura Legend (he has a wooded driveway). Fortunately it is built into the glass on my Maxima, though I think that impairs reception somewhat.

Yeah. After some punk snapped my antenna into about 3 pieces at a concert last year I bought a power one and never looked back. Money well spent. Car looks clean too with the antenna down.

Funny you mention it, my brother just broke the antenna on their Prelude by forgetting to put it down when they went through a carwash, lol.

New one was 50$. Haven't installed it yet.

My friend had one just like the S2000 one... it was stolen a week later.

I say return it, just get the mast for 14 bux
