Does your bank's ATM machines charge a transaction fee?

I've used Bank of America for as long as I can remember, which doesn't charge any fees on ATM transactions..however I recently opened an HSBC online account which I believe charges $1 for each transaction which makes me :(

nope at washington mutual. But Charter One fee is 2.50 if you use a non charter one card.

uhh do you print a receipt with the HSBC transaction? cause i remember when i had HSBC they charged a buck for those, also are you on an HSBC atm?
