I am about to build my system tomorrow and was wondering how much tweeking it too to get your system stable.

My company uses 6 of them them to power 4 displays each every day. I just noticed one froze today and found the chipset fan stopped moving...
 
My Premium Board has Ran stable with my 3700 SD at 2.8GHz. The only thing that crashes is BF2, but I think most will agree that it's the game and not hardware in that case.
 
I first build a system around a DFI board which wouldn't boot, switched all components to the ASUS fired up the first time with no problems.
 
System in my signature has been running stable for quite some time now. The BIOS is 1006 and it hasn't hiccuped a bit. I've tried every single BIOS above 1006 and it gave me nothing but problems.
