Does Yahoo/Gmail allow HTML composition for ex. Newsletters?

I'm having some serious problems trying to mass email newsletters, the problems are..

1) I want to use HTML codes [tables, images, etc]
2) When i use mass email software, all emails are bounced back.
a) My ISP probably points them as SPAM
b) So does the SMTP server of my domain

If there is a way to by pass these issue, it would be great, otherwise..

Can i compose emails in Yahoo/Google/MSN using HTML codings ??

I have tried but only end up receiving codes.. 😛
