Does XBox come with S Video Cable???

Title says it all. All all the preorder sites trying to get you to buy accessories that you don't need. What exactly do the Advanced AV and Advanced RF packs do?
 
Well, the RF pack is for people who own TVs with no RCA video hookup or S-Video hookup. I believe there are to other packs, the Advanced pack and the High-definition pack. The first one has S-Video and Dolby Digital hookup, while the second one also has Dolby Digital and the connections necessary for high-definition tv's. At least that is what I understand. However, I have seen other companies already releasing their versions of these packs for about $5-10 less than Microsoft's, so you may want to look at those instead.
