Does X800GTO or X800GT support SM 3.0 ?

No, actually, they've skipped SM4 and now have moved on to SM5. Video cards are way behind

Nope. SM3.0 is exclusive (right now at least) to NVIDIA's GeForce 6\7-Series cards. ATi's upcoming (maybe) R520 should have SM3.0 as well, so NVIDIA's card's won't be the only game in town (maybe) as far as SM3.0 goes .
