Ok last night I installed windows XP on my new computer and everything went well. I made an account for myself. I changed the logon settings by disabling the "welcome screen" so you would have to log on the way win2k has it (the login box).
I boot up the computer today and tried logging in with the administrator password on my account (since they are the same) but to no avail. I just pressed enter with no password and I logged in.
Well, to put it in english, does WindowsXP usually create the account during installing (not the default administrator account) without a password? Is it normal to have to go and "create a password" by myself or is the default administrator account password the same for the second computer administrator account (my account)?
Just wondering...
