Does Winimage 5.0 run on Win2k?

Hi,
I was wondering if Winimage works under Win2k.
I want to download this iso file and I don't have a cd-r so I want to extract the iso file with winimage. However I am not sure if Winimage is compatible with win2k. On their site it only mentions 95/98.

Hmm that is weird I just using it and it seems to be stuck at 0% all the time.

BTW I am trying to extract a linux .iso file
