you could make it...write a batch file that is in the startup registry setting that appends time to a text file on bootup. Also check the event log (uniprocessor free comment is the time it was started)

Irregardless you will still see the kernel load time on a reboot.
Of course if it's an automatic login you are looking for different things in the event logs. You can also get some big brother software, that will take periodic screenshots and keylogging. (Diabolical yes, but if it's your computer why not)
