I'm running 64-Bit Win7 Ultimate and depend on SYS-Prep images to migrate my OS my Various Hardware Platforms.

So does Win10 have SYS-Prep (What Versions?) and if so how many instances are allowed?

One thing I know is that if you UpGrade a previous Win OS you will loose SYS-Prep. You have to do a Clean Install to preserve SYS-Prep. I also know, as with Win7, you have to setup a Temporary Local Account when loading a SYS-Prep Image as the Administrator Account is disabled.

I believe Win7 has 3 SYS-Prep options but there is a Hack to run it one at a time.

D JackMDS - A Moderator - Well I'm not being Banned again - LOL

Thank you - As you have provided a great link as we are on the same track. No matter how useless the info is if you can invoke SYS-Prep with a Win UpGrade overwrite. HINT: Does the one time Hack Re-Arming work with Upgraded WinX OS? You will know whether or not SYS-Prep works when you type in elevated CMD "%windir%\System32\Sysprep\Sysprep.exe"

I skipped Win8 and thinking about playing with WinX - Have the latest WinX Pro ISO.

I have got to do a Clean Install and Install of all my App's to preserve a SYS-Prep with a WinX Image. Not saying I can't rob files from a Win7 image ;o)

Shit! Another month of programming to build a STABLE WinX System. Will wait a while to hear from others.

Gotta quit battling MS and their insanity before I Upgrade or do a Clean Install to preserve a WinX SYS-Prep Image.

When I see Win users saying: "Windows 10 deactivates when identical motherboard is replaced." Makes me SICK.

There is no way an OS should embed your MB BIOS, unless Intel and MS have a Crude Pac, then I will go Linux or Unix BSD considering I'm a Windows lover. Windows is great OS but you got to learn to Hack Shit; it's all there, it's just a matter of weeding out the crap ;o)
