Windows '95 supports AGP if you install the usbsupp.exe update from Microsoft, as well as the proper GART drivers for your AGP chipset.
I ran an AGP Voodoo Banshee on a Super7 platform successfully for a long time before I upgraded to Windows '98. The Banshee didn't support true AGP texturing, though, so it was a pretty safe bet.
Personally, I'd just get W98 or WME. There's no real reason to stick with 95, it's a 5 year old OS. Plus, if you're running a K6-X CPU at >350 MHz, you're going to run into all kinds of problems until you download the K6 update from MS. It's just not worth it, go with 98.
