no, being a proud canadian makes you stupid. Most realize they are a worthless people who live in misery in areas colder than the coldest of the contiguous states, and they are completely dependent on us. Canada is like the parent's basement of the world, full of cowardly, socially inept, losers. In their self-hating life of introspection they lack the confidence necessary to commit stupid actions. However, canadians do have one outlet to make them feel a semblance of manhood, and that is hockey. Unprepared for the responsibilities that alcohol and masculinity demand, they inevitably commit irrational and stupid acts, and as they sober up they are reminded that they are still worthless people and stay indoors until the next tournament.

When it comes to Vancouver fans, whether they win or don't win, you know there's going to be a big riot at the end.

I think sports in general make most people stupid. Look at all the riots that happen in LA after a Lakers game.

Tow Truck Dispatcher, one of the jobs that puts one in touch with the lowliest of people(assuming you also deal with Customers face to face). From Drunks trying to retrieve their Cars, to drunk Cops making threats if you ever show up in "their" city. Been there, done that.

yeah i deal with customers but the only customers i deal with are for private impounds(cars towed from strata lots for illegally parking) as i work graveyards and we legally have to release private impounds 24/7.

The wonderful experience of dealing with the drunks goes to our day staff. The worst i have to do is sometimes let the drunks get keys or ID from there cars that they were to drunk to remember while we were towing it away from the scene.

Stupid is stupid. Hockey and drinking have nothing to do with it.
