Does Walmart match prices from other retailers on DVDs?

Going to pick up Kill Bill Vol. 2 tonight and was curious if they match the prices for Target, Circuit City, etc. They all have it for $15.99 and Walmart has it for $19.99, and the closest Target, Circuit City, and Best Buy is about 55 miles away. I know Walmart matches the prices from Kroger and other stores that have sales on soda and stuff but wasn't sure about DVDs.
