Have you ever actually tried to call a walmart and get an answer?

I admit, it's 50/50 that someone picks up. You can play the odds. It would save you gas and time if someone picks up. If not, you can still drive down. Either way, hurry up because you're wasting time!

C) Ask to see if anyone online has any experiences with this.

It's called the information superhighway for a reason.

Why go through the middleman (us) when you can go straight to the end (wally-world)?

I called yesterday when my laser printer ran out of toner. I asked the man if he had any laser printers in stock. He told me he was pretty sure they did. I asked him to check. After a few minutes on hold, he told me that they were sold out.

yeah I'm not so sure how it works there, or here, for cdma. but for the gsm phones you can just buy the sim at walmart or wherever, and activate it on-line, if that helps :-/

but for cdma i imagine you'd have to phone up uh.. verizon or whoever. I'm sure they have some unlucky sap working though.
