Does W2K have a task scheduler?

Oh yeah, forgot there there is not an icon on the systray like in Win 9X. Ok, problem is that I want to run disk scan (W2K's scandisk) but I can't find the path for it. Also, I set task scheduler to run Defrag (dfrg.msc) but it always says "Could not start" What's up with that?
