No. They just sent me a router with a phone line input and output.
Well is that enough? I can just run a CAT5 from their router into my regular router right?
If you'd actually read the Vonage website, you'd see for yourself.
Hey jerk. I did read the Vonage website and it was unclear. Because like I mentioned in the OP, I thought they sent you enough stuff but then I saw routers on sale from Amazon and wanted to know why they would sell stuff on Amazon if they send it to you with activation.
Don't crap on my post. If you have nothing constructive to say just get out.
I
am being constructive. From my post, you should understand that the answer is on the Vonage website. Well, let's take a look at what's on the Vonage website.
Here is a step-by-step installation guide where six very specific adapters are listed. Nowhere on the site does it say that you'll have to buy your own adapter and because the list is very specific, this implies that they'll sedn you one of these six. However, since that's slightly ambiguous, there's a
Contact Us page that shows you a phone number to call to find out, directly from the source.
I'm trying to help you help yourself in learning to find the answer instead of relying on other people to hold your hand and tell you the answer.
If you choose not to see that, well, I guess that's your loss.
