Does Visiontek do RMA?

Has anyone tried RMAing video card with Visiontek? What are their policies? Do you think they would mind if I replaced the stock hsf?

I'm quite sure they do but you will have to deal with the direct seller of the card. Of course, it can only be RMA if no signs of tampering has been done on the unit. Visiontek does not sell directly to consumers.

yes, it can be done! I went directly to Visiontek's site, contacted them by email with the problem and all details, and they sent me an RMA number within a few days! Turn around was about 2 weeks and received a brand new VT GF3!

pretty much what ToBeMe said. Just sent in the card to VisionTek directly and waiting for the return.
