Does Verizon Wireless offer Parental Controls/Limiting minutes?

I logged into my verizon wireless account, but i don't see any option to limit minutes to any of the phones on the account. Is this feature phone specific, plan specific, or not offered at all from verizon?

My plan info:

AMERICA'S CHOICE II FAMILY SHAREPLAN PRIMARY 700 ANYTIME $60.00

Contract End Date: 09/17/07

So, we have three phones on the the above plan. One of the people on the phone is unable to control themselves (has serious issues, maybe needs a beating). So i was trying to see if we could limit their minutes. The phones are Audiovoxes CDM 8600.

If not, what other options do i have, besides the beating?
