Yes, they do. It's made by Motorola and it's called the Fonzr. It has 3G, GPS, full screen web browser, multi-point touch screen, can be tethered via bluetooth as well as an Express Card dongle. It can beam Google Maps results to your bluetooth compatible (car) gps. The only downside is it's a bit pricey at $249.99 and they require you to subscribe to an unlimited data plan of $12.99 PER MONTH!

*taps sarcasm meter*

OP, pretty much all the various smartphones can do that. We don't yet have the VZNav program for smartphones, but I think it's on the way, and you can still use other software for GPS.

Are carriers in a hurry to make phones that tether to laptops? I'd imagine they'd be reluctant to do so because of the potential for sucking up bandwidth.

Not that it isn't very easy to tether a laptop to most phones out there

phone with a gps device can do nav.

now.

fullscreen web browsing has been possible for a while. not as slick as the iphone stetchy thingy though.

This lappy I am on right now uses EV-DO via a phone. Almost got it working in Linux too before I realzied the owner would never be able to use it. Works flawlessly in windows

Almost all VZW's EVDO/Vcast capable phones are tetherable. Don't forget VZW and other carriers also sell PCMCIA and USB wireless internet cards. More then happy to do so, as you need at a minimum, a 59.99 Unlimited* Tethering package for phones, or a 59.99 Unlimited* BBA package for wireless cards. :)

I don't know what you are talking about. the "Fonzr" (not fonrz) cannot do those silly things. Let's be realistic here.
