does verified/unverified paypal matter for non-cc transactions??

I was just wondering if there's any real difference between receiving instant non-cc funds from a non-verified user as opposed to a verified user.

The only time I have seen it stipulated was on ebay, where a seller in the US would only accept Canadian payments via PayPal from 'verified' users. Funny enough, even though I was verified, he still only accepted money order.

another bump for an answer ... does verified have any bearing whatsoever on non-cc payments? I mean, if you have the funds you have the funds.

hopefully, someone will correct me, but i thought that once you are verified you can accept CC paypal but that you will pay a fee from either non-cc and cc paypal payments.

that's only for premier accounts.
