Does UPS automatically insure packages shipped through them?

I am setting up a shipment online and can not find a place to add insurance on the package. Does UPS automatically insure packages? If so, how much is provided?

From past experience, they insurance all packages up to $100.

does it ask you to input the value of the package? if so, then maybe it'll ask you about ins. if you put in more than $100

Found the section for Declared Value and it automatically adjusted my cost.

Your declared value is your insured value. Declared values of a $100 or less will not effect your shipping costs.
