Does upping the AGP voltage help overclock a GF3 Ti200?

I just got both a Soltek 75DRV2 and a PNY GF3 Ti200. I can get the card to 225/490 with no problems. When I bump the memory up to 500, I get artifacts. This motherboard allows for AGP voltage adjustments, I think from 1.6 to 1.8, although I'm not sure. Would bumping the voltage up help me out?
