Does Ubuntu now fully support UEFI?

Wanting to go full time Ubuntu on my work laptop as Windows 8 annoys me and can't put Win 7 as dell has no drivers for it. This is what the machine has which I assume Ubuntu should now support?

Core i7 Haswell
Intel 4260AC + BT 4.0 card
1080p touchscreen
Plextor M2M SSD + 500gb HDD
USB3/HDMI
 
I had no problems installing Ubuntu 12.04 on my UEFI system or using my 4TB hard drives. You just need to make sure you use the appropriate boot partition type which it should install automatically.
