Does Ubid auctions work like ebay Dutch auctions?

So if there are 5 of the quantity and I put a higher price on one of them but at the auction end there is a lower price for one item do we all pay the lowest price or does everyone pay their winning bid price. I hope u understand what I'm trying to say.
